     It has now been two weeks since you finished our deck and we could not be happier. Juan and his crew did a marvelous job considering all the difficulties they had due to the terrain of our back yard. Our neighbors cannot believe how beautiful our new deck is!

     We are now going into the third summer of enjoying our pool and beautiful deck. Dwain and I wanted to drop a line and let you know everything is still doing great. We enjoyed working with you and your crew, and were impressed with your professionalism and the quality of your work. We also appreciated your working with us and allowing us to do our own custom design, and loved the way you helped us fit in every flower box that we requested and while keeping things to a scale that really accented our back yard.

Dear Jim,

     I wanted to express my gratitude on a job well done. From the first time we met in the backyard to discuss the work to be done, I had a good feeling about your company. I'm extremely pleased with the results and the quality and workmanship are the best I've seen. I had a bid from another pool company, but they wouldn't even come out to discuss the job beforehand nor would they give me any options on all the excess dirt.

     Stephen was a joy to work with, paying attention to detail and even taking time to clean up the alley. The pool was installed perfectly and the excess dirt was spread evenly over the yard. He was very accommodating and always wanting to go the extra mile to satisfy the customer.

     Herberto and his crew took your deck design and implemented it down to the finest detail. As they were building the steps, I noticed 2 boards lacked a quarter inch from being lined up. I knew that if this small flaw was corrected in the finished product, I'd know I had received a quality product. And of course, the boards were absolutely perfect upon completion.

     I will, and already have recommended your company to several of my friends.

     We just wanted to thank you and your crew for a great job! We purchased our Crown pool on Sunday and by Tuesday afternoon we had a new backyard! Your crew worked diligently and professionally until the job was done. The deck you designed to compliment our new pool is perfect and just the right size. Thank you so much for working with us on the cost - you took our "dream" and made it affordable. I still can't believe that in just 2 days, we were able to swim in our new pool and relax on our new deck - truly a job well done!

Dear Mr. Hendriksen:

     We are writing to commend you and your crew on a job well done. As you know, our home was hit by a tornado and the swimming pool you had installed just last August was badly damaged. After receiving a bid from you and one other outfit, we selected your competitor to repair the pool, which proved to be disastrous. He really did us wrong with this job and after three (3) weeks of broken promises by him, we were fed up.

     I phoned you on Saturday, May 24, to see if you'd come back out to the house and give us an estimate of how much to fix this mess. You showed up the very next morning (on a Sunday at that!!). I won't go into what you saw that day in our back yard but what I will say is you told me how much to fix, how long it would take and that you'd have a crew out tomorrow to start the job. Well it happened that tomorrow was Memorial Day. I asked "you're going to work on a holiday?" You responded with a resounding yes.

     And I mean to tell you, 1st thing Monday morning here rolls up a "real" crew complete with a trailer full of equipment and supplies— five men to get this job knocked out. Those guys got to work and I mean by the end of the day we had what resembled our swimming pool back. The very next morning, here come four more men to finish the job. They completed the repairs and our pool was ready for chemicals that night.

     We are so grateful for you and your crew coming out on such short notice; we're grateful for you doing what you say you're going to do; and we're grateful to have our swimming pool back to the level of Doughboy & Crown Pool quality. We want to tell you thank you for a job well done. We will always phone James W. Hendriksen Pool & Deck Company for any pool business we may have in the future. Thank you again.

Mr. Hendriksen,
     I wanted to take a minute to write you this letter to thank you again for the work you did for me. I especially wanted to highlight the professionalism of each member of your staff in facilitating the construction of our new arbor.
     It is safe to say that over the past few years I have had many "projects" completed on my house, each requiring the help of an outside contractor due to the nature of the work. On most of these occasions I felt uninformed at the beginning of the job and twice as frustrated by it's completion. I am sure that there are many homeowners that have experienced similar situations.
     It is an understatement to say that the exact opposite was true in reference to the arbor you built for me. From the initial consultation on, every part of the job was done right on time and exactly as it was explained to me. It was initially hard for me to picture the finished product due to the fact that I am not architecturally inclined. Despite this, I had a vision of a structure that would enhance the beauty of my back yard. I never would have believed that it would have turned out as gorgeous as it did!
     I will gladly pass your name on to any of my neighbors, friends or family members that are considering doing any work in the area of decks or arbors. This is a recommendation that I seldom give for obvious reasons. I am sure that they will receive the same level of commitment by your team to their projects.

    I've been meaning to write or call you. Just wanted to say thanks to you and your crew for the lovely job you did on our pool. The kids have been in that thing almost every day and don't seem to have grown tired of swimming. My wife likes to swim laps in it.
